OCD and Anxiety Help
Hi, I’m Steffani, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping people navigate the challenges of OCD, anxiety, and the overwhelming thoughts that often accompany them. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique experience. I understand that anxiety can feel all-consuming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll work to quiet the mental noise, develop healthier patterns, and help you regain a sense of peace and control.
I use a variety of proven therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (iCBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold standard for OCD treatment. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
For those who seek it, I also offer Christian counseling, incorporating faith-based principles into our work together. Whether you want to lean on your faith for strength, explore deeper spiritual meaning, or integrate biblical values into your mental health journey, I’m here to support you. I believe that faith and therapy can work hand-in-hand to foster healing and growth.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward relief, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You’re not alone in this, and with the right tools and support, change is possible. Let’s work together to create a life where your fears no longer have the final say. If you'd like to learn more or schedule a session, feel free to reach out. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to freedom and peace.
Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast." 1 Peter 5:6-10
